BF 120 PRODUCTION

• resistance to concrete pressure up to 80 kN,
• a wide selection of panel sizes, starting from a width of 20 cm and increasing every 5 cm up to 80 cm, with additional widths: 90 cm, 100 cm, 110 cm, 120 cm and 240 cm. The heights of our formworks include 60 cm, 120 cm, 150 cm, 270 cm, 300 cm and 330 cm.

Non-standard sizes are also available at the customer’s request!

• the variety of sizes means that the BF 120 system is practically insert-free – which is important when forming, for example, lift shafts – this allows for minimizing the workload and significantly shortens the time of assembly and disassembly of the formwork,
• manufactured in Poland,
• compatibility with Peri Trio and Doka Framax. The BF 120 system has holes for tie rods compatible with formwork panels of the PERI TRIO and DOKA FRAMAX systems. BF 120 panels are connected to Peri panels using Peri BFD locks and to Doka panels using Doka locks,
• 300 cm high panels, which are probably the most popular choice among customers,
• possibility of connecting panels of different heights, i.e.: 300 cm high panels can be placed opposite 270 cm or 330 cm high panels,
• BF120 system offers external corners – insert-free formwork of wall corners, making columns to size,
• the panels have sleeves for tie rods along the entire height of the frame – this prevents the destruction of the plywood at the openings. Other systems are equipped with plastic cragens, which fall out over time and the plywood is destroyed around them,
• Lift formwork system – BF 120 system has lift corners. The use of such corners reduces the number of elements in the lift shaft.
